When you receive a text message and email from MaaS360

Step 1: Tap the link in the text message to begin the process.

Step 2: Type in the password that you use with your FirstFleet Portal account and Tap Continue

Step 3: Tap Continue when it lists the steps and then Accept the Terms and Tap Continue again

Step 4: Download the Profile.  Tap Allow in the popup

Step 5: Once Profile Download is complete, open Settings and then at top open the Profile Downloaded tab

Step 6: Tap Install to install the profile on your phone (you will need to tap Install 3x)

Step 7: Make sure you tap Trust

Step 8: Return to the internet and tap Continue to finish enrolling your device 

Step 9: Tap Install in each pop-up and wait for all the FirstFleet apps to install

Step 10: Open the MaaS360 app

After opening the MaaS360 app, it will configure and then ask you a series of questions.  You MUST tap ALLOW to give this app full access to your phone.

Step 11: Tap Allow on each message to let MaaS360 to use your location and send you notifications

Step 12: Tap the home button to leave this app and then reopen it again.

Step 13: Once the app reopens, you must tap Always Allow to give this app full permissions.

Please do not delete this app from your phone. If you have already blocked some of these settings, please delete the app and re-download it from the app catalog to apply these steps.
