Setting up a FirstFleet Phone

When you get your new FirstFleet issued phone, several apps will be automatically pre-installed for you. All employees with company issued phones will need to open the MaaS360 app in order to finish setting up the phone.

Step 1: Open the MaaS360 app


After opening the MaaS360 app, it will configure and then ask you a series of questions.  You MUST tap ALLOW to give this app full access to your phone.

Step 2: Tap Allow on each message to let MaaS360 to use your location and send you notifications


Step 3: Tap the home button to leave this app and then reopen it again.

Step 4: Once the app reopens, you must tap Always Allow to give this app full permissions.


Please do not delete this app from your phone. If you have already blocked some of these settings, please delete the app and re-download it from the app catalog to apply these steps.
