How to set iPhone default calendar.

Start by going to settings. 

Once in the settings menu go down to "mail, contacts and calendars"

Once in that menu go to where you see the setting for "default calendar"

Once in that menu make sure that the calendar you want is selected as default. For us that will be "Exchange"
