Downloading E-Logs after an Accident

When you receive an email asking you to save the E-logs of a driver who has been involved in an accident, you can follow the instructions in this video (and the written instructions below) to help you quickly and easily send the past 6 months of logs to Carbon Copy for long-term storage.

Quick Tips:

• The pdf with 6 months worth of logs is a large file so please be patient. It may take 3-4 minutes to load

Fetching Platform Science Logs
If you have any questions please raise your concern to the SERVE center and they can assist in verification.

1. Open http://ffi.platformscience.com

2. Search for a driver using the top bar

3. Tap the Printed Log button on the right side of the screen beside the HOS graph

4. Click the link to jump to the Printed Log Transfers page

5. Select the Log you wish to print and click View PDF

6. The logs will open in a browser window, then click the Download icon

7. Then save the file for easy access or sharing later
