Interactive Logistics provides brokerage and logistics services to clients all around the United States. In order to facilitate and speed the process of freight payment we have developed a simple and easy to use app for scanning proof of delivery documentation.
Using the app is quick and easy, and in order to help clarify any points of confusion we have provided this page as a quick start guide.
Step 1 - Install the App
If you dont already have the app install please follow this link to get the app for your platform of choice.

Step 2 - Open the App
The app is designed to allow you to use your camera to snap a quick photo of your documentation and send it to the Interactive Team. When the app opens you will see two large icons. The help icon will take you to this guide. The camera icon will start the process of taking a photo.
Step 3 - Finding the Load
Once you tap the Red Camera icon you will be taken to a screen to locate the trip you wish to upload the POD image for. You can see the screen in the image below. Notice that the search box at the top has been populated with a Load or Pickup Number.
Step 4 - Verify the Load Details
Please take note to verify the details of the load before you upload the POD image. These details are presented in order to verify you have selected the proper load. If you do not see the proper load number please stop and call IAL at 615-610-8195.
Step 5 - Scan the Document
Once the proper trip has been located tap the Blue Scan Document button to launch the camera. You will notice that a box is drawn to provide assistance when scanning images. To maximize the quality of the image please consider the following items.
- Ensure the image has adequate lighting, consider using the flash.
- Ensure the image is laying on a flat surface.
- Ensure the entire image fits in the box that frames up the image.
Tap the round shutter button to snap the picture and move to the next step.
Step 6 - Review the Document
Next you will see a screen to review the image you took and the resulting crop. There are three choices you have at this step.
- If you find that the image is improperly cropped you can tap the Red Edit button to adjust the cropped image.
- If you find that the image is blurry or otherwise just poor quality you can tap the X in the top right to start over.
- If you are happy with the image you can tap the Green save button to upload the image to us.
Step 7 - Save / Upload the Document
Once you have uploaded / saved the image you will see a visual confirmation of this successful step. Unless you have additional pages to scan you are done sending us the proof of delivery documentation.
