Using Ready Orders Online

As a carrier partner FirstFleet is committed to providing efficient solutions to business challenges whenever possible. In the case of Ready Orders we have built a mechanism that can be deployed with the help of FirstFleet IT (support@firstfleetinc.com) to communicate when loads are ready for departure. This page is a quick summary of how to tool works.

Obtain Login Credentials
The first step in the process is to obtain a login at www.firstfleetinc.com/login. If you are a business partner you can follow the steps on the right side of the page for Partner Registration. Your account will be automatically provisioned if we know your domain name. If you are a new customer and we do not have your domain name properly configured a member of the support team will reach out to you to start the process.

Navigate
Once logged in simply click on myPortal and locate the Ready Orders link. For reference the URL is https://www.firstfleetinc.com/MyPortal/ReadyOrders. The page will open as displayed below. You will notice there are drop down lists at the top for selection of Day, Terminal (Location) and the loads to include in the list. Once you select your parameters and click Go the list will populate with the loads we have presently scheduled that match.

Use the Trailer No box to provide us with the loaded trailer number and when the load is ready to depart click the Mark Ready button. This triggers a series of notifications to dispatch and the driver alike that the load is ready to depart and it is recorded in a journal for review if needed.
