The FirstFleet Partner Portal - Tracking with the Mobile App

  1. Download the FirstFleet Mobile app on the app store
    *If using an android phone, please follow these instructions

  2. Login using your FirstFleetinc.com Portal Account Information

  3. Type your BOL # in the Reference Number Search box

  4.  Your Load Tracking info is displayed - Tap the order number bar for more info

  5.  The Basic order info and map of last known load location is shown on the screen

  6.  Tap the Stops tab to review the progress and arrival/departure time for each stop

  7.  Tap the POD's tab to review the scanned BOLs that the driver has uploaded 
    *Most drivers upload PODs at the end of their trip - so this data is usually only available after the order is completed. 
  8. Tap a POD to view the scanned document
  9.  Tap the red tab to find additional actions

  10. You can call or email dispatch or view this driver's current location in your map application of choice (Google Maps, Apple Maps, etc.)
